i found my room very tidy. the cleaner ensured fresh towels were available daily (he even created towel animals!). the aquapark offered slides suited for all ages. the beach staff was attentive and ensured we had clean towels each day.

i noticed that the gym equipment showed signs of wear.

I had a really nice time. the room attendant was very helpful and friendly. the staff were very friendly. i loved the animation team. They were polite and professional.

the airport experience wasn't great because of all the checks. i had to scan my baggage multiple times. it seemed like everyone wanted money. christmas dinner mainly consisted of pasta dishes, and it cost extra for a traditional dinner.

The hotel food had variety. Hemdan made good capachinos. Ebraham told jokes at the terrace bar. Chief Mohamed prepared tasty food in the Oriental restaurant. The staff provided friendly service in the oriental restaurant. Mr Sayed and Mr Mohammed Lebnani presented flavourful dishes. They served grilled food and traditional local bread. I was welcomed at all times. The hotel has comfy seating and a nice bar. Reception helped with luggage. The room was clean and has air-conditioning. The view from the balcony overlooked the pool. The cleaner made towel animals for us. The waiters got drinks and made us laugh. Peter the bar attended was great. The pools were clean. The grounds were well presented and clean. The private beach has sunbeds.
